Mobile Legends Brody guide

Brody, the Lone Star, is a marksman hero in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and he feels and plays quite differently from traditional marksmen.
Similar to Barats, Luo Yi, and Yu Zhong, his passive defines his playstyle.

Moreover, he is all about positioning, timing, and split decision making. To truly maximize his damage output, mastery will come into play.

A great Brody player will be seen navigating a fight by using the various sources of movement speed and spells with constant repositioning in relation to enemies.

Brody’s skills in Mobile Legends

With his Basic Attacks resonated with the Abyss Power within his body, Brody is able to move while winding up his Basic Attacks Basic Attacks (which will be interrupted when casting skills), at the cost of having longer Basic Attack Animation and lower Attack Speed.

Each Basic Attack deals Physical Damage (of which the damage scaling with level cannot be critical), increases Movement Speed which will decay rapidly, and inflicts a stack of Abyss Mark on the enemy, capped at a certain number of stacks. Marks applied last for a duration. Each stack of Abyss Mark increases Brody’s damage against the target and boosts his Movement Speed by a percentage.

Focus on keeping your distance, kiting while stacking marks on your target, and dealing more damage with each hit.

To make the most of the passive, always weave your Basic Attacks between your skills to apply stacks of Abyss Mark on your enemies.

Each stack increases your damage against the target and briefly boosts your Movement Speed. This is particularly useful for chasing down enemies or repositioning in fights.

First skill – Abyss Impact

Brody launches a shock wave in the designated direction, dealing Physical Damage, slowing the enemies for a duration, and applying a stack of Abyss Mark. As the shock wave travels, for each enemy it hits, it deals extra damage, inflicts extra slow effect, and applies an additional stack of Abyss Mark, capped at a certain percentage of damage, slow effect, and several stacks. This skill deals only a percentage of damage to minions.

In team fights, aim to hit the backline for maximum impact, slowing down key targets and stacking up marks for more burst potential.

Try to hit as many enemies as possible with this skill because the shockwave becomes more powerful as it travels, dealing extra damage, applying more slows, and adding more stacks to each enemy hit.

Use it to soften up enemies before engaging or as a follow-up after stunning someone with your second skill.
